The Council for Agricultural Research and Economics (CREA), through its Research Centre for Viticulture and Enology (CREA VE), is Italy’s leading public research institution in agricultural sciences, with internationally recognized expertise in viticulture, sustainable vineyard management, and wine production. In the IDEOLOGIST project, CREA VE will contribute its extensive scientific expertise, research infrastructure, and laboratory facilities to develop and validate sustainable strategies to improve soil fertility and biodiversity, enhancing vineyard productivity, ecosystem health, and grape quality. Its work will support the identification of best management practices that strengthen the resilience and economic sustainability of viticulture under climate change.
